The area of a square is 324 sq. m. Perimeter of a rectangle is 30 m more than the perimeter of the given square. If the breadth of the rectangle is 19 m, what is its area ? [in sq m]

Description for Correct answer:
area of square = 324 \( \large 3^{2} \)

Side of square = \( \large \sqrt{324} \) = 18 m

Perimeter of square = 4 x 18 = 723

Perimeter of rectangular = 72 + 30 = 102 m

2 ( l + b) = 102

=> l + 19 = 51 => l = 32

Area of rectangle = lb = 32 x 19 = 608 \( \large m^{2} \)
