Let selling price of goods by Shyam be Rs.100.

Therefore, Selling price of goods by Ram = Rs.75

Now, according to the question,

125% of selling price of goods by Hari = 75

= Selling price of goods by Hari = \( \Large \frac{100}{125} \times 75 \) = 60

So, Hari's goods are cheaper than Shyam's goods by

\( \Large \frac{40}{100} \times 100\% \) = 40%
