4\( \large y^{2} \) + 12y + 9 =0

4\( \large y^{2} \) + 6y + 6y + 9 = 0

2y (2y + 3) + 3(2y + 3) = 0

(2y + 3)(2y + 3) = 0 => y = -\( \Large \frac{3}{2} \)
