B) The Prime Minister has to communicate to the President all decisions of the Cabinet relating to administration and proposals of administration |
C) As the Ministers are appointed by the President by Presidential discretion in the allocation of business among Ministers |
D) The Prime Minister, if he happens to be a ledger of a party not having the required majority should prove majority strength in both Houses of Parliament within the period stipulated by the President |
