Perimeter of square field

= Distance covered by man = Speed X Time

= 39.6 X \( \Large \frac{5}{18} \) X 80 = 880m [Time = 1 min 20 sec ]

Perimeter of square field = 4 X side [ = 80 sec]

880 = 4 X side

Side of square field = 220 m

Area of square field = \( \large side^{2} \)

= 220 X 220

= 48400 sq m
