Let the price of one trouserrs be Rs.x and

the price of one shirt be Rs.y

According to question,

5y + 6x = 2340 ---- (i)

7y - 3x = 540 --- (ii)

On multiplying equation (ii) by 2 and adding in eqution (i), we get

19y = 3420

y = 180
